Referral Attorneys

A reliable partner for attorneys whose practice does not include the demands of medical malpractice litigation.

Law Offices of Christopher J. Russo, Jr. monogram

Attorney referrals are welcomed throughout Maryland and Washington, D.C. The practice routinely works with referring counsel in significant medical malpractice matters involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex medical negligence. Many fine attorneys do not handle medical malpractice. The cases require specialized expert work, substantial financial commitment, and trial experience against a defense bar that handles these matters every day.

Case Selection

The practice generally limits its review to matters involving death, catastrophic injury, or permanent life-altering harm resulting from medical negligence. Every referred matter receives intensive medical review and careful screening before acceptance.
