Radiology sits at the center of modern diagnosis. A missed nodule on a chest CT, an overlooked fracture, an untransmitted critical finding, or a delayed final read can transform a treatable condition into a catastrophic one. Building the case

Imaging cases depend on the original studies, the radiology report, the ordering provider's chart, and expert review by radiologists in the relevant subspecialty. Establishing what a reasonable radiologist would have identified, and how earlier recognition would have changed the clinical course, is central to the claim.
